Our Story

After nearly 30 years working in IT I craved a change of career. I began indulging in one of my favorite pastimes - baking! To ensure I did not gain weight I shared my creations with friends and family. My sister and her family loved my breads, especially my nephew "E". He loved my yeast sandwich bread. Friends raved about my sourdough breads. Thanksgiving and Christmas were enjoyed along with my cookies and quick breads. 

Friends and family suggested I sell my creations. It took a while but I gathered the nerve and Breads & Bites was born.
